Certified Reports
Our Certified Professional Mold Consultant is trained to assess both the presence of microbial contamination and the source of any underlying moisture intrusion. We offer written, certified reports to document our findings. In some cases, we can issue a DIY remedy plan, saving the client valuable time and money.
Testing
When an indoor air quality evaluation is desired, we will pull air samples and overnight them to a reputable, independent laboratory for analysis. At the lab, a mycologist will determine the types and quantities of mold present in the sample and will issue a same-day report. With this data, we can conclude whether or not an unseen health hazard is present.
Clean Up
"Mold remediation" is a fancy way of saying "Clean up." Since each mold situation is unique, the method of clean up should be unique.
